Thank you for shopping with us, bestie! We are committed to providing you with a seamless and transparent shopping experience.

 

1. Order Processing vs. Shipping Time 

 

Because your items are custom-made upon order, our total delivery time is split into two phases:

1. Order Processing/Fulfillment The time it takes to create and prepare your custom item. [3-7 business days]
2. Shipping/Transit Time The time it takes for the item to travel from the fulfillment facility to your door. Varies by destination and method (see table below)
Total Delivery Time The sum of Processing Time and Shipping Time. [6-15 business days] (Estimate)

Note:

  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.

  • Orders placed after [2:00 PM EST] may start processing the following business day.

 

2. Domestic Shipping Options and Costs

 

We use multiple carriers ([e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS) to provide the best service. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of the items in your order and will be displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping

 

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout.

 

International Customers Please Note:

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes (IMPORTANT): The customer is responsible for any customs and import duties, taxes, or fees applied to their order. These fees are typically collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery. Fitness Bestie Club is not responsible for these charges.

  • Delays: International orders may be subject to longer processing and shipping times due to customs clearance procedures, which are outside of our control.

     

 

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within [24-48 hours].

 

5. Damages, Lost Packages, and Carrier Issues

 

  • Damages: We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Lost Packages (Marked Delivered): If the tracking shows the item as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and local post office. Fitness Bestie Club does not cover lost packages if the tracking information reports that the package has been successfully delivered.

  • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
